Scott Loper

Scott Loper is the City’s Water Plant Superintendent/Foreman.

Scott is licensed by the State of Ohio to operate the public water system.  He oversees the operation of the City’s eight production wells, and the water system on a daily basis.

Scott is also in charge of the water and sanitary distribution systems.  He assists residents with water or sewer issues related to the service lines, or when water needs to be shut-off at the street.  He is also responsible for operations and maintenance issues that come up at the City/Public Safety Building.
