Energy Harbor Electric Aggregation Program Participants

In the coming weeks, Oakwood residential customers and small businesses participating in the electric aggregation program with Energy Harbor through the Miami Valley Communications Council will receive notices regarding Dynegy’s recent acquisition of Energy Harbor. No action is needed in response to this notice. Participants will also receive a letter from AES notifying them that their contract with Energy Harbor is ending and is being automatically switched to Dynegy.  Again, no action is needed when these notices arrive, assuming that participants wish to continue in the program.  The change in company ownership will not impact electricity service or the electricity rate.  The aggregation rate will remain the same.  For questions on this matter, please contact Dynegy at 888-682-2170 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m.
