At the February 1, 2021 public meeting, Oakwood City Council accepted the resignation of Council Member Christopher B. Epley, and appointed Leigh S. Turben to fill the vacant seat through the end of 2021. Mr. Epley resigned his council position to take a seat on the bench of the Second District Court of Appeals.
This resignation and appointment action was taken in accordance with Article II of the Oakwood City Charter.
