The Board of Zoning Appeals of the city of Oakwood, Montgomery County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Oakwood City Council Chambers, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH, 45419, to review a request by Matt and Tara Cavo to vary the side and rear yard setbacks for a patio pavilion structure at 270 E. Schantz Avenue.
Given health safety measures in place to address COVID-19, in-person attendance at the meeting will be limited to 10 visitors, not counting board members and the applicant. The 10 visitor seats will be spaced six feet apart. All attendees must be free of any COVID-19 symptoms and must wear face masks to the meeting, and keep face masks on until they are seated and through the Pledge of Allegiance. All attendees must wear face masks as they depart the meeting.
The 10 visitor seats will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Visitors will be allowed to enter the room beginning at 4:00 p.m.
