The city of Oakwood advertises all invitations to Bid, Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) both in the Oakwood Register once per week for two (2) consecutive weeks and here on this announcement page.
Receipt of all sealed bids and proposals will be administered at the City Building located at 30 Park Avenue during regular business hours. The department seeking proposals will be responsible for the bid opening and reading all bids received.
All bids will be reviewed and a bid tabulation will be created and emailed to participants at their request. The City Manager has the authority to select the best proposal, and the contractor is notified for the signing of a contract.
