How many tenants can I have in my rental property?

Section 409 of the Oakwood Zoning Code regulates residential group rentals, and prohibits more than two unrelated individuals who do not constitute a Family (as defined by the Oakwood Zoning Code) from living together in a single family dwelling unit.
