Garage sales are permitted in residential zoning districts from 8:00 a.m. to sundown on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 9:00 a.m. to sundown on Sundays and holidays. Garage sales may only be held for three (3) consecutive days, with a limit of two garage sales in a calendar year. Signs advertising for a garage sale are permitted at the garage sale location only. No directional or lead-in garage sale signs are permitted in the city’s right-of-way or on any property that is not the premises of the garage sale. Signs in violation of this regulation will be removed.
