Section 901.5 of the Oakwood Zoning Code outlines restrictions for parking oversized vehicles on residential lots.
- An oversized vehicle is any trailer, boat, camper, or vehicle that exceeds 7 feet in height, or 7 feet in width, or 20 feet in length.
- Oversized vehicles are not permitted to park on residential properties.
- An exception may be requested for a maximum of 7 consecutive days; the oversized vehicle must be parked on pavement in the rear or corner side yard. Contact the Zoning office at (937) 297-2920 to request an exception.
