What days will the pool close early for swim meets?
Home swim meets are scheduled on June 10, June 12, June 19, June 24, and July 8, and the pool will close at 4:00 p.m. *Dates are subject to change, and under certain circumstances, a home swim meet could be added. Please call the pool at 937-297-2933 to verify hours.
Is daily admission offered?
No daily admission is offered at the Gardner Memorial Pool.
Can non-residents attend the pool?
Yes, with pool members as guests. Pool members can purchase guest passes at the front desk of the pool. Each guest pass is $7.00 and good for only 1 person, 1 day. There is not a limit on how many guests you bring or how many times a member brings guests to the pool. The … Continued
How do I get a pool membership?
To complete your membership, visit our website at www.OakwoodLeisureServices.com or come to the Oakwood Community Center at 105 Patterson Rd.; after purchasing, please send family photos to OCC@oakwoodohio.gov or visit us to have pictures taken, and remember to scan your key tags at the pool each time you visit.

Are guest passes offered?
Yes! Individual Guest passes are sold at the pool with a member present. We also offer house guest passes to members with visiting house guests and babysitter passes. Free guest passes are not offered.

When does the season begin and end?
Gardner Pool opens on Saturday, May 24, 2025, and closes on Labor Day, September 1, 2025. However, as our pool operations rely on students and other seasonal employees, these dates are subject to adjustment due to staffing availability. A membership season of a specific number of days is not guaranteed.
