The city of Oakwood is collecting storm debris with two crews starting Monday, September 30.  Crew 1 is working from north to south on the west side of Far Hills.  Crew 2 is working from south to north on the east side of Far Hills.

Residential brush drop-off is available 24/7 at the Recycling and Yard Waste Drop-Off facility located at the front entrance to the J. David Foell Public Works Center, 210 Shafor Boulevard.

The J. David Foell Public Works Center at 210 Shafor Boulevard is open on the first Saturday of every month from 8 am to noon.  All Oakwood residents may drop off yard debris and household items such as old furniture, appliances (freon removed), etc., Grass clippings, tires, weekly household trash and hazardous materials will not be accepted.   Dumping is for Oakwood property owners only, and is not open to contractors.  Proof of residency is required (e.g., driver’s license).  Contact the Public Works Department at (937) 298-0777 with any questions.
