Utility Registration - City of Oakwood

Oakwood operates its own water and sewer utilities and produces almost all of its own water. The City maintains its own sanitary and stormwater sewer lines, but contracts with both Dayton and Montgomery County for sewage treatment.

To establish an account for utility services (water, sewer, stormwater, and refuse), submit the Utility Account Service Agreement below. The agreement may also be downloaded and emailed directly to ARinvoices@oakwoodohio.gov. Contact the Utility Department at (937) 298-0400 with any questions.

GUARANTEE: Oakwood Ordinances require that a property owner unconditionally guarantees utility payment and performance by a tenant of all utility obligations referred to in the Title Three of Oakwood Ordinances and any applicable Utility Rules and Regulations. By selecting the "I agree" checkbox, the Property owner-Guarantor acknowledges that if a tenant fails or refuses to pay a utility bill the property owner shall pay such bill within ten (10) days of written notice of nonpayment. Additionally, the Property Owner shall comply with Oakwood Ordinances, Rules and Regulations as they pertain to Oakwood utilities.
