Kinnison Excavating finished demolishing the existing home at 1313 Far Hills the week of July 31. They then began with performing small excavations along Far Hills Avenue, Dellwood Avenue, and in the parking lot on the south side of OHS/OJHS to verify locations of utilities that the new storm sewer pipe will be crossing. Kinnison Excavating has scheduled the demolition of the primary structure at 1313 Far Hills Avenue for Friday, July 28. The south parking lot at OHS/OJHS will be closed from 7/31 through 8/9. Kinnison Excavating has begun mobilizing to Oakwood for the Far Hills Storm Sewer project. The project was successfully bid and is awarded to Kinnison Excavating. We anticipate that Kinnison will begin moving project materials and equipment into Oakwood in late June with construction beginning in July. Work will continue through the summer and fall months.
