Talk of the Town II: A Collection of Oakwood Recipes $10
This cookbook is the second edition of Oakwood's community cookbook. It contains a rich assortment of delectable recipes that were generously donated from Oakwood residents and Oakwood staff members. Cookbooks may be purchased at the city building, 30 Park Avenue or at the Oakwood Community Center, 105 Patterson Road. Bon Appétit!
Oakwood Street Signs $10
In 2015, the city replaced all of the street signs. Since completion of the project, the city has been selling the old signs… and many have been purchased. These signs may be purchased at the city building, 30 Park Avenue. The cost is $10 per sign and payment may be made with cash or personal check.
Centennial Book $25
The Centennial Book highlights in pictorial fashion the key characteristics that make Oakwood worth celebrating and the community values that have endured over our first 100 years. This book is sure to be a wonderful possession for long-time Oakwood residents and those brand new to our city. The centennial book can be purchased at the city building, 30 Park Avenue. Proceeds are forwarded as a donation to the preservation of Centennial Park at Houk Stream.
Oakwood: The Far Hills $25
“Oakwood: The Far Hills” book is a comprehensive history of Oakwood from the first settlers in the late 1700’s, to its incorporation in 1908, and on to its centennial in 2008. The book can be purchased online at www.oakwoodhistory.org or at one of the Oakwood Historical Society’s sponsored events.
