Reminder: Energy Aggregation Information Session – December 17 Oakwood residents are invited to an Energy Aggregation Information Session on Wednesday, December 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Great Room at the Oakwood Community Center (105 Patterson Road). City staff will provide updates on the natural gas and electricity aggregation programs and answer any questions. Residents are encouraged to bring a recent gas or electric bill for reference. Old River Sports Complex

Old River Sports Complex is open during the year for a variety of sports and community activities and is home to Lane Stadium.  Parks and Recreation utilizes the complex for recreational sports and special events.  Oakwood City Schools use Old River Sports Complex during spring time, starting in April for lacrosse practices/games. The schools also use the complex from June to late October for boys and girls Junior/Senior High soccer practices.  During June and July, the facility is used for physical education classes.
