This wonderful community festival combines two events…the fall picnic in the park and Scarecrow Row down Shafor Boulevard. Families, neighbors and local businesses get their creative juices flowing and design and build scarecrows at sites up and down Shafor Boulevard. Wagon rides take families along the route to view all of the works of art. Games, rides, food and a costume parade are available in the park during the festival.
