Reminder: Energy Aggregation Information Session – December 17 Oakwood residents are invited to an Energy Aggregation Information Session on Wednesday, December 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the Great Room at the Oakwood Community Center (105 Patterson Road). City staff will provide updates on the natural gas and electricity aggregation programs and answer any questions. Residents are encouraged to bring a recent gas or electric bill for reference. Smith Gardens Legacy Paver Project

The Legacy Paver Project was started in 2014 as a part of the fortieth anniversary celebration of Smith Gardens.  Through the Legacy Paver Project, the patio around the garden house and entrance were repaved with beautiful personalized bricks.

This ongoing fundraiser allows people to leave a lasting legacy in this beautiful community garden!  Individual brick pavers can be purchased in honor of or in recognition of a friend or family member or to celebrate an anniversary or special occasion.

There are three sizes of bricks to choose from, as well as a replica tile:

  • 4” x 8” with 1-3 lines of engraving:  $50
  • 8” x 8” with 1-6 lines of engraving:   $100
  • 12” x 12” with 1-8 lines of engraving: $250
  • 4” x 4” replica tile (with brick purchase): $15
