Alarm System Application

Permits for alarm systems are required by law and may be obtained from the Oakwood Public Safety Department. There are no permit charges except in cases where automatic dialing devices are utilized. Use charges may be levied for excessive false alarms.

All subscribers must either submit the electronic form below, or manually complete an Alarm System Application form and return it by mail or in person to the Public Safety Department at 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.
