In 2024, the city of Oakwood will undergo a project aimed at enhancing the 400-block of Harman Boulevard. Our objective is to introduce a softscape median so that this section of Harman matches the charm of the other two blocks of Harman Boulevard and our many other beautiful tree-lined boulevards throughout town while reducing vehicular speeds and improving safety.
